Policies

Your time, health, and experience matter to me. These policies are here to protect that—keeping things clear and respectful so every client receives the full care they deserve.

Payment Options

I accept both card and cash. A card is required to reserve your appointment.

All prices listed reflect card payments, which include processing fees.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

I kindly ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule at 24 hours or less, your card on file will be charged 50% of your total appointment amount. 

If you miss your appointment, your card on file will also be charged 50% of your total appointment amount.

I understand that life happens and it's unpredictable, however this policy protects the costs of operating my business, my time as a professional, as well as the time of my other clients. 

Late Arrivals

If you’re running late, please reach out as soon as you can. If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time, I may need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time. 

If your service cannot be completed in the remaining time, even with notification of late arrival or request to reschedule, it will be treated as a missed appointment and your card on file will be charged 50% of your appointment total.  

If I haven’t heard from you 15 minutes or more into your appointment, it will be treated as a missed appointment and your card on file will be charged 50% of your appointment total.

Booking Appointments

To hold your appointment, I require a card to be on file. All booking details will be sent to you during the scheduling process.

Feeling Unwell

Your comfort and well-being are always a priority—and so is mine. If you're feeling sick or have symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. I’ll always do my best to accommodate a new time.

I work in close contact with each client, so protecting my own health allows me to continue offering care to others. Thank you for understanding and helping maintain a safe, nurturing space.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are a wonderful way to share the glow with someone you love.

  • All sales are final. They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • They may be used toward any treatment offered in the studio, unless otherwise stated on the certificate.

  • Gift certificates expire within one year of purchase.

Product Purchases

I take pride in offering products that are gentle, effective, and carefully chosen to support your skin’s health and well-being.

  • Unopened, unused products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

  • Opened or barely used products may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days, if you find they’re not the right fit for your skin.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Store credit can be applied toward future retail purchases.
