Policies

Your time, health, and experience matter to me. These policies are here to protect that—keeping things clear and respectful so every client receives the full care they deserve.

Payment Options

I accept both card and cash. A card is required to reserve your appointment, and a 20% deposit will be collected at booking (applied toward your service).

All prices listed reflect card payments. As a thank you for helping me keep business fees low, I offer a cash discount when you pay your remaining balance in cash at checkout.

Cancellations

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives me enough time to offer that space to another client.

If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, your 20% service deposit will be refunded to the card that was initially charged.

If I don’t receive notice within that window, and you do not show to your appointment, you will be charged for the full appointment amount.

Missed Appointments

If you miss your appointment without notice, or cancel too late for the spot to be refilled, you’ll be charged 50% of the service total. I understand that life happens—but honoring scheduled time helps me serve you and others more fully

Late Arrivals

If you’re running late, please reach out as soon as you can. If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time, I may need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time.

If I haven’t heard from you 15 minutes into your appointment, it will be treated as a missed appointment and subject to the missed appointment policy above.

Booking Appointments

To hold your appointment, I require a 20% service deposit, which will be applied to your service total. All booking details will be sent to you during the scheduling process.

Feeling Unwell

Your comfort and well-being are always a priority—and so is mine. If you're feeling sick or have symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. I’ll always do my best to accommodate a new time.

I work in close contact with each client, so protecting my own health allows me to continue offering care to others. Thank you for understanding and helping maintain a safe, nurturing space for all.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are a wonderful way to share the glow with someone you love.

  • All gift card sales are final. They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Gift cards may be used toward any treatment or retail product offered in the studio and don’t expire.

Product Purchases

I take pride in offering products that are gentle, effective, and carefully chosen to support your skin’s health and well-being.

  • Unopened, unused products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

  • Opened or barely used products may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days, if you find they’re not the right fit for your skin.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Store credit can be applied toward future treatments or retail purchases.
